REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Onedaylearn platform (the “Platform”), operated by:

FBy accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

By purchasing access to the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made for subscriptions or access to digital content on the Platform are final and non-
refundable, except where required by mandatory law.

This applies to, without limitation:
  • monthly subscriptions;
  • annual subscriptions;
  • discounted or promotional plans;
  • bundle purchases;
  • partial billing periods;
  • unused subscription time;
  • automatic renewals;
  • dissatisfaction with content;
  • change of mind;
  • failure to achieve academic, professional, or personal outcomes.

Once access to digital content has been granted, refunds will not be issued.

2. DIGITAL CONTENT & LOSS OF CANCELLATION RIGHTS

The Platform provides digital educational content supplied electronically and not on a tangible medium.

By purchasing a subscription and accessing the Platform, you:
  • expressly request immediate access to digital content;
  • acknowledge that performance of the service begins immediately upon activation;
  • understand and agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access is granted.

Accordingly, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once digital access has been provided.

For clarity,
“access” includes, but is not limited to:
  • logging into your account;
  • accessing lessons or modules;
  • streaming or viewing video content;
  • downloading materials;
  • interacting with assessments or platform tools.

Where such activity is recorded, this constitutes performance of the digital service.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal
date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account settings.
Cancellation:
  • prevents future billing;
  • does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not create a right to a refund.

4. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of ROCKY
SOLUTIONS LIMITED, including:
  • duplicate billing;
  • verified technical malfunction preventing access for the entire billing period;
  • confirmed unauthorised payment following investigation.

Refund Requests

If you believe a charge was made in error, you should contact us at support@onedaylearn.com
 as soon as possible after the transaction date.

We recommend submitting any refund-related inquiry within fourteen (14) calendar days of the charge so that we can promptly investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under applicable law or your right to contact your payment provider.

We are committed to reviewing all legitimate refund requests in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe.

We may request supporting documentation and reserve the right to refuse requests where usage activity is
detected.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not establish a precedent.

5. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we reserve the right to:
  • immediately suspend or terminate your account;
  • permanently revoke access to the Platform;
  • dispute the chargeback by providing evidence including access logs, timestamps, IP data, and
    acceptance of Terms;
  • recover administrative costs associated with the dispute where legally permitted.

Abuse of payment disputes may result in further action.

6. PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is exceptionally approved:
  • it will be issued only to the original payment method;
  • processing time may take 10–21 business days depending on financial institutions;
  • payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, and bank charges are non-refundable.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Platform provides educational content for informational purposes only.

ROCKY SOLUTIONS LIMITED does not guarantee:
  • academic results;
  • examination success;
  • certification outcomes;
  • employment or professional advancement;
  • measurable learning improvements.

Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not constitute grounds for refund.

8. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
